WR-10 SPST PIN Switch with TTL Drive, 75 to 110 GHz, Reflective
ELVA-1 SPST-10/FB is a PIN diode-based, single pole, single throw (SPST) switch with a TTL driver that covers the full WR-10 waveguide band 75 to 110 GHz.
What distinguishes it from counterparts from other manufacturers is the ultra-fast switching speed of 1ns Rise/Fall Time. This model also offers a low insertion loss of 3 dB with typical isolation of 25 dB. The SPST switch has a WR-10 waveguide with UG-387/U-M Anti-cocking flanges at the RF input and output and an SMA-F connector for TTL control.

Attention: This SPST-10/FB is WR-10 full waveguide band switch. Customizing the SPST-10 switch in a narrower band can reduce insertion losses to less than the typical 3 dB value. Please feel free to contact ELVA-1 for detail.
