The PA-XX series comprises waveguide power amplifiers specifically designed for the narrowband amplification of high-frequency RF signals. These amplifiers deliver consistently high output power across their operating bands, making them ideal for high-performance millimeter-wave applications.
To maximize amplification efficiency, internal 50 Ω matching networks are not used — frequency tuning is carried out during manufacturing. This design approach ensures optimal performance with minimal signal losses. Amplifiers are available for the following frequency bands:
